CPR training involves hands-on activities performed on mats, including kneeling, bending, and active movements. For your comfort and ease of movement, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Skirts or dresses may make it harder to participate in certain activities, so pants, leggings, or similar attire are preferred.

All CPR training equipment will be provided for you. We recommend bringing your phone fully charged, along with a charger or power bank.
