Terms and Conditions – Refund Policy

At American Heart Booking, we value your time, trust, and commitment to obtaining life-saving skills. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

Booking Responsibility

It is your responsibility to select the correct course type, date, time, and location. Please double-check your details before confirming your booking. You must also complete any required online pre-course training before attending your in-person skills session.

Attendance Requirements

You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and missed sessions due to lateness or personal error are not eligible for refunds. You must bring any required documentation or proof of completed pre-course work.

Certification

All courses are 100% American Heart Association (AHA) compliant. Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required course components. Failure to complete the course, or failure to meet AHA performance standards, may result in no certification being issued, and no refund will be provided.

Reschedule Policy

When you sign up for a class, you agree to arrive on time for your appointment.

You can change your appointment for free within one hour of booking.
Changes made more than one hour after booking are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Changes made less than 12 hours before the class start time are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
We cannot make exceptions to this policy because class availability and training spaces are limited.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if we are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds Are Not Provided For
Missed appointments due to personal error or scheduling mistakes
Failure to complete required online pre-course training
Cancellations without a valid reason
Last-minute cancellations without prior notice
Failure to meet AHA performance standards during the skills session
Discretion and Processing

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions above.

Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

SMS Text Messaging Program

American Heart Booking may offer an SMS text messaging program for customers who book CPR classes or related appointments.

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from American Heart Booking regarding:

Booking confirmations
Appointment details
Class dates, times, and locations
Appointment reminders
Important updates related to your registration
Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary based on your booking and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive additional messages from this program unless you later opt in again.

Consent and Privacy

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

American Heart Booking does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile information and consent records may be shared only with service providers that help operate the SMS program, deliver messages, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or misuse, or protect our rights.

Those service providers may use the information only to perform services for American Heart Booking and may not use it for their own marketing.

Program Changes

American Heart Booking may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We may also change message content or frequency when reasonably necessary to provide booking-related information or maintain the program.
