Terms and Conditions – Refund Policy

At American Heart Booking, we value your time, trust, and commitment to obtaining life‑saving skills. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

Booking Responsibility

It is your responsibility to select the correct course type, date, time, and location. Please double‑check your details before confirming your booking. You must also complete any required online pre‑course training before attending your in‑person skills session.

Attendance Requirements

You agree to arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and missed sessions due to lateness or personal error are not eligible for refunds. You must bring any required documentation or proof of completed pre‑course work.

Certification

All courses are 100% American Heart Association (AHA) compliant. Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required course components. Failure to complete the course, or not meeting AHA performance standards, may result in no certification being issued, and no refund will be provided.

Reschedule Policy

When you sign up for a class, you promise to be on time for your appointment. You can change your appointment for free within an hour of signing up. But if you want to change it after that, you will need to pay $25. If you change your appointment less than 12 hours before it starts, you will need to pay $50. We can't make any exceptions to this policy because we have limited space.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if we are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds Are Not Provided For

  • Missed appointments due to personal error or scheduling mistakes

  • Failure to complete required online pre‑course training

  • Cancellations without a valid reason

  • Last‑minute cancellations without prior notice

  • Failure to meet AHA standards during the skills session
     

Discretion and Processing

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions above. Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
