How to Get Your Online Course Certificate

Before attending your in-person skills check, you must complete the online portion of your BLS or First Aid CPR AED course and send us a copy of your certificate. This is required to proceed with your certification.

How to Access Your Certificate

Log in to your AHA account at elearning.heart.org using the same account you used for the course.
Click your name in the top right corner.
Select "My Certificates" from the dropdown menu.
Find your completed course.
If prompted, complete the brief survey.
Download your certificate.

Send Us Your Certificate

Email your downloaded certificate to support@americanheartbooking.com
We must receive it before your scheduled skills check to confirm your participation.
