Course Information Part 1: Before your skills check, you must complete the required online course (purchased separately through the AHA). Purchase here: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-bls Part 2: Attend a 1–1.5 hour in‑person skills check at your chosen location. Part 3: Receive your AHA‑approved BLS certification. Most students complete both the online course and in‑person skills check in about 90 minutes. Join us for a comprehensive BLS certification course designed for healthcare professionals and anyone interested in life‑saving skills. Learn the latest techniques from certified instructors and earn a nationally recognized certification valid for two years. Payment The skills check fee is $80. Students are required to purchase the online course materials directly from the American Heart Association. Refund Policy At American Heart Booking, we value your time and trust. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking. Refunds will only be issued if we are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances on our end. In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for: Missed appointments due to personal error or scheduling mistakes Cancellations without a clear and valid reason Last‑minute cancellations without prior notice All refund decisions are subject to review and granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 24 hours for it to be processed. Cancellation Policy You may cancel at any time, but as per our refund policy, payments are non‑refundable unless the cancellation meets the refund criteria above. Reschedule Policy You may reschedule once for free if the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule immediately after booking, you may do so within 1 hour of the booking. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a $30 rescheduling fee. No‑Show Policy If you do not show up without prior notice, a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.
